The Lac Ste. Claire Kiwanis Scholarship is bestowed annually upon deserving St. Clair Shores senior high school student(s). $500 scholarships per award will be delivered based on the following criterion:
The senior student must plan to attend a two or four-year college or university or trade school program.
The senior student must attend Lake Shore, Lakeview, South Lake, or North Lake High School.
The student must have at least 20 hours of verifiable volunteer experience within the past two years.
The student must complete an application and include a one-page essay explaining how they envision their volunteer involvement in the community after college/trade school graduation.
Scholarship applications are due by March 1st each year. The winners will be notified of their award each year in the month of May.
